NAMAZ FAJR – How to Pray Fajr
The Fajr prayer Early Morning Prayer is a Salah (ritual prayer) offered in the early morning. Fajr increases beauty. The Fajr Prayer is one of the prayers most loved by Allah (SWT). There is no better way to start your day than Fajr Salah, simply because you sacrifice your sleep for the sake of Allah (SWT) while others are sleeping. Fajr, which commonly means dawn, is the time when the first of five daily prayers in Islam is performed.
Fajar prayer Rakat:
The Fajr Prayer consists of 04 rakat in total, split into two types: Two Sunnah Mu’akkadah Rakats ( highly recommended and regularly performed by Prophet Muhammad) and Two Fard Rakats ( obligatory and essential to fulfill the Fajr prayer requirement).
How to Perform 02 Rakat Namaz Fard Part of Fajr Prayer:
1st Rakat:
- First, make the Niyyah ( intention ) by reciting “ I intend to Perform the 02 Rakat Fard Part of the Salat al Fajr.
نَوَیْتُ أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَرْضًا لِلّٰهِ تَعَالَى
Translate: I hope to pray the Fajr prayer, two rak’ahs, and the responsibility of Allah Almighty.
I hope to pray two rak’ahs of Fajr Prayer for Allah Almighty.
- You say takbir “Allahu Akbar” This starts the prayer.
- Begin reciting “Subhanaka”
سُبْحَانَكَ اللّٰهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ، وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ، وَلَا إِلٰهَ غَيْرُكَ
Transliteration: Subhanaka-Allahumma wa bihamdika, wa tabarak-asmuka, wa ta’ala jaduka, wa la ilaha ghayrik.
Translation (Tarjuma):
“Glory is to You, O Allah and all compliments are due to You. Blessed is Your Name, and glorious is Your grace. There is no spirit worthy of worship except You.”
4. After you say Ta’awwudh: “A’udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim.” Bismillah: “Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.”
- 5. Reciting Surah Al
- The next portion is (Surah ikhlas) of the Quran.
- Go into Ruku and you say Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem.
- Stand up straight when you say Sami Allahu liman Hamidah and say Rabbana lakal Hamd in a low voice.
- 9. Go into the First Sajdah and you say Subhana Rabbiyal A’la.
- 10. Now sit up from the first Sajdha in the Jalsa position ( Sitting positions between the two sajdah ).
- Now go into the second sajdah and say Subhana Rabbiyal A’la.
2nd Rakat:
- 1. Rise to continue to the next rak’ahs.
- You say Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
- Reciting Surah Al Fatiha.
- The next portion is (Surah ikhlas) of the Quran.
- 5. Go into Ruku and you say Subhana Rabbiyal
- Stand up straight when you say Sami Allahu liman Hamidah and say Rabbana lakal Hamd in a low voice.

Tashahhud (Tahiyyat) is:
التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ، السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
Then, recite Allah-umma salli, Allah-umma Barik, and Rabbana.
- 11. Turn your face to the right first and say Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah and then to his left and do the same turning your face to the left and saying Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah.
How to Pray Fajr Qadha:
The Qadha for Fajr prayer is 2 Rakat, which can be prayed anytime after the Fajr time has passed, except for the three Makruh times (Midday, SunRise, SunSet. These Makruh times are 15-20 minutes in duration each, so except for these three times, we can pray the Qadha of Fajr prayer anytime we find in the day.
DHUHR PRAYER- NOON REFLECTIONS
Dhuhr prayer is an important act of worship that is performed in the middle of the day before Asr. This time is very special when a person turns to Allah’s mercy and forgiveness after the workload and tiredness of his day. Dua draws a person towards Allah and creates a state of peace and satisfaction in his heart. It strengthens the bond between believers. It helps to purify the soul and gain forgiveness of sins. It can be prayed till the time Asr doesn’t set in.
Dhuhr prayer: How to Pray Dhuhr
The Dhuhr prayer consists of 12 rakat in total, split into Four Rakat Sunnah, Four Rakat Fard, Two Rakat Sunnah, and then Two Rakat Nafl. First Four Rakat are performed as Sunnah Mokadda. The next Four Rakat are performed as Fard.
How to Perform 04 Rakat Namaz Fard Part of Zuhr Prayer:
1st Rakat:
- First, make the Niyyah ( intention ) by reciting “ I hope to Perform the 04 Rakat Fard Part of the Dhuhr prayer.
I hope to pray Four rak’ahs of Zuhr prayer for Allah Almighty.
- You say takbir “Allahu Akbar” This starts the prayer.
- Begin reciting “Subhanaka”
سُبْحَانَكَ اللّٰهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ، وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ، وَلَا إِلٰهَ غَيْرُكَ

ASR PRAYER – GOLDEN HOUR PRAYER
The Asr prayer afternoon prayer is one of the mandatory five Islamic prayers. The Muslim prayer is offered to Allah in the afternoon hour of the Day. The Asr prayer consists of four obligatory cycles, rakat. The Asr prayer is not a ritual but holds a deeper spiritual importance. It serves as a spiritual anchor in the middle of our daily activities.
Asr prayer Rakat: How to Pray Asr
Salat ul Asr consists of 04 obligatory rakat, along with four sunnah rakat preceding it. In extreme cases, you can start your Asr prayer a Minute before maghrib and you can finish one rakat of Asr before the time for maghrib starts, you can finish the rest of the Asr prayer and it would be counted, But don’t make a habit of it.
How to Perform 04 Rakat Namaz Fard Part of Asr Prayer:
1st Rakat:
- First make the Niyyah ( intention ) by reciting “ I hope to Perform the 04 Rakat Fard Part of the Asr prayer.
I intend to pray Four rakat of Asr prayer for Allah Almighty.
- You say takbir “Allahu Akbar” This starts the prayer.
- Begin reciting “Subhanaka”

MAGHRIB PRAYER – SUNSET SERENADE
The Maghrib prayer sunset prayer is one of the mandatory fifth salah (Islamic prayers) and contains three cycles (rakat ). If counted from midnight, it is the fourth one. The Muslim prayer is offered to Allah at the sunset hour of the day. The time of maghrib has great significance in Islam. There is a mandatory daily Prayer called Salat ul Maghrib.
Maghrib prayer Rakat: How to Pray Maghrib Namaz
Maghrib prayer consists of 3 Rakat Fard, 2 Rakat Sunnah, and 2 Rakat Nafl. Completing 3 Fard rakat on time fulfills the Maghrib prayer’s core requirement.
How to Perform 03 Rakat Namaz Fard Part of Maghrib Prayer:
- First make the Niyyah ( intention ) by reciting “ I hope to Perform the 03 Rakat Fard Part of the Asr prayer.
I hope to pray Three rakat of Asr prayer for Allah Almighty.
- You say takbir “Allahu Akbar” This starts the prayer.
- Begin reciting “Subhanaka”

ISHA PRAYER (SALAT AL ISHA) – THE PEACEFUL NIGHT PRAYER
The Salat al Isha Prayer night prayer is one of the mandatory five daily Islamic prayers and contains four cycles. The Isha prayer is the fifth and final obligatory prayer of the day. It is performed at the end of the day, at night. The time for this prayer begins after the Maghrib prayer and lasts until midnight. The isha prayer consists of four obligatory rakat, and in addition, two Sunnah Mu’akkadah and two Nafl and Witr are also performed.
Salat Al Isha Namaz Rakat: How to Pray Isha
The Salat al Isha prayer has 4 mandatory rakat it is called Fard and 13 optional called Sunnah, Nafal, and Witr. These optional prayers are encouraged for increased rewards and closeness to Allah.
How to Perform the Four Rakat Fard Part of Salat al Isha:
- First make the Niyyah ( intention ) by reciting “ I hope to Perform the 04 Rakat Fard Part of the Salat al Isha prayer.
